Tie tag to bag through punched hole using the Basic Black Twine. Glue punched stars onto tag and paint with Wink of Stella.Punch a hole through the panel and back layer of bag through the upper center star hole. Slide panel into front of bag behind cutout stars. Punch bottom right corner of Highland Heather panel with star portion of punch (this area will not be seen).Color spider eyes with Granny Apple Green Blends. Move hat and stamp spider with Memento Tuxedo Black. Place hat on tag (do not adhere) to determine where to stamp spider.Paint spots and hat band with Wink of Stella. Color spots and hat band with Highland Heather and Granny Apple Green Blends and punch using Witch Hat Builder Punch.

Color stockings and buckles with Highland Heather and Granny Apple Green Blends. Use the Basic Black Blends to touch up the shoes along tag stitched areas that may have been left white.

Stamp witch legs/shoes with Memento Tuxedo Black on bottom of tag.

Add a strip of the Glitter Washi Tape across the bottom of the tag and trim ends.

Using largest die from Tailor Made Tags Dies, cut tag from Basic White cardstock.
